What is it?




The Checkout page is populated with the item(s) that you have added to your Shopping Cart while browsing the Listingbook Product Catalog.  The item(s) you have selected are listed individually in the Checkout Grid.  The quantity of the item(s) may be adjusted if the product is offered in varying amounts.  Additionally, you may remove any item from the Checkout Grid that you do not wish to include in the purchase.  The Checkout page will provide the ability to complete the purchase by using either a credit card you have saved on Listingbook or the option to enter a new credit card to use to complete the Checkout process. 

How do I use it?




The Checkout page will be empty unless you have added item(s) to your Shopping Cart.  Once you have selected item(s) to add to your Shopping Cart, the Checkout Grid will individually list these items for review.  The Checkout Grid has the ability to change quantities when applicable, and remove items.

If the product has the ability to change the quantity, then a drop down will be displayed in the Quantity column of the Checkout Grid.  The same quantities displayed in the Product Catalog will be offered in this drop down menu.

The ability to remove items from the Checkout Grid is provided through a checkbox displayed for each item in the grid.  Simply select the checkbox, and click the “Remove” button to complete the process.

Once you have the desired products and quantities displayed in the Checkout Grid, the next step is to select a method of payment.  There are two options available as payment methods:

Credit Card on File – All of the credit cards that you have entered on the Billing Information page will be displayed for use during Checkout.  The default selection will be the credit card on file that you marked as “Primary”.  The “Credit Card on File” option will not be displayed if you do not have any cards on file.

Add New Card – This option is always available.  You have the ability to add a new credit card to complete the purchase.  Provide all the necessary information related to the credit card that you wish to use as the payment method for this purchase with Listingbook, and click the “Purchase” button.  This new card will be saved on the Billing Information page for future use.

The Checkout Grid provides easy access to all the information you need to complete the purchase.  The Checkout page displays all the details regarding the item(s) you have selected and the charges that will be applied to your preferred method of payment.

Checkout – Listingbook page displayed to manage products in your Shopping Cart and complete the purchase process.

Checkout Grid – Displays all the item(s) currently in the Shopping Cart plus allows you to edit the item(s) and complete the purchase.

Remove – Allows you to select the checkbox next to every line item in the Checkout Grid to remove an item from your cart.

Quantity – Allows you to edit the quantity of items you want to purchase for products that are offered in varying quantities.

Apply Code – Enables you to enter a promotional code for a discounted price when applicable on certain Products.

Payment Method – Ability to select payment method during the Checkout Process.  You can select to Enter New Card or choose credit card on file when applicable.  The Primary Credit Card on file will be the default Payment Method.

Recurring Charges – Purchases that include subscription items that will be automated monthly or annual charges to your credit card depending on the specific subscription purchased.

Authorize Charges – Checkbox displayed during Checkout Process to notify you that recurring charges will automatically be charged to your credit card for subscription renewals.

Credit Card on File – Allows you to complete a purchase with a credit card on file from the Billing Information page.

Purchase – Button displayed to complete the purchase process after verifying all the item(s) displayed in the Checkout Grid.

How do I complete my order and Checkout?  Verify that you have all the desired Listingbook Products and quantities displayed in the Checkout Grid, then select your Payment Method and click the “Purchase” button displayed beneath the Checkout Grid.  If items in your Shopping Cart require automated Monthly or Annual charges to your credit card, then you will be required to select the “Authorize” checkbox before completing the purchase.

What methods of payment are available?  You can choose from two payment methods.  Any credit card that you have on file with Listingbook will be displayed in the drop down menu for easy access.  Plus you will have the ability to Enter New Card to complete this purchase.  This new card will be saved on the Billing Information page for future use.

How do I apply a Promotional Code to a purchase?    Simply enter a Promotional Code into the box beneath the Checkout Grid, and click the “Apply Code” button.  If the Promotional Code is valid, then the items in the Checkout Grid that apply to the code will be updated, and the “Total” price of the purchase will be adjusted.

What is the checkbox for “Authorize Listingbook to bill my credit card on automated schedule”?  This checkbox displayed during Checkout Process is to notify you that recurring charges will automatically be charged to your credit card for subscription renewals.  This checkbox will only be displayed for purchases that include Subscriptions or other items with automated charges.  If items in your Shopping Cart require automated Monthly or Annual charges to your credit card, then you will be required to select the “Authorize” checkbox before completing the purchase.

How do I remove an item from my Shopping Cart?  Simply select the checkbox next to each item(s) in the Checkout Grid that you wish to remove, and click the “Remove” button on the Confirmation Box to complete the process.

Can I change quantities on the items in the Checkout Grid?  Yes, but this option will only be available for products that are offered in varying quantities.  If the product has the ability to adjust quantity, then a drop down will be displayed in the “Quantity” column of the Checkout Grid.  Subscriptions do not have the ability to adjust quantities.
