What is it?
The Billing Information page provides the ability for you to save credit cards for future purchases or recurring subscriptions within the Listingbook System. Listingbook allows you to store as many credit cards as you wish to help make it easier to service your Clients without the worry of entering credit card information each time. Each credit card is securely stored in your Listingbook account after you enter the credit card information successfully. The Billing Information page stores and displays all your credit cards for easy removal and edit capabilities.
How do I use it?
To get started simply click the “Add New Card” button displayed on the Billing Information page. Provide all the necessary information related to the credit card that you wish to save with Listingbook, and click the “Submit” button. Once the credit card passes security validation, it will be saved in your Listingbook Account for future use.
Additionally, you can continue to add more credit cards on file, edit current cards that may require updated information, or delete cards that you no longer wish to have on Listingbook. Each of these actions is specifically described below:
Add New Card – Click the “Add New Card” button displayed beneath the list of your card on file. This will provide you the exact same credit card entry form to provide the information for an additional credit card to store on Listingbook.
Edit Credit Card – Click the “Edit” link displayed below the credit card you wish to edit, update any fields that require attention and click the “Submit” button to complete process. You may not update the “Card Number” and “Card Type” fields.
Delete Credit Card – Click the “Delete” link displayed below the credit card you wish to remove, this will display a Delete Credit Card confirmation box with a warning if the credit card is tied to recurring charges. Simply click the “Confirm Delete” button to remove the credit card from Listingbook.
The Billing Information page provides all the necessary features to store and manage you credit cards in your Listingbook Account. The ability to add, edit, and remove credit cards on Listingbook as needed is provided through the features displayed on the Billing Information page.
Billing Information – Listingbook page that allows you to add credit cards for future Listingbook purchases or edit current credit cards stored on file in the Listingbook System.
Use as Primary – Allows you to select the credit card to use as the default payment method for all Listingbook purchases.
Edit – Allows you to update and save your credit card information.
Delete – Allows you to remove a credit card from your Listingbook account.
Add New Card – Allows you to enter new credit card information to be stored in your Listingbook account for future purchases.
CVV Code – Standard security measures implemented to guarantee the credit card is valid and the appropriate owner is entering the information.
Submit – Button displayed to securely send credit card information to Listingbook to verify and store the credit card on file.
How do I add a new credit card on file with Listingbook? To get started simply click the “Add New Card” button displayed on the Billing Information page. Provide all the necessary information related to the credit card that you wish to save with Listingbook, and click “Submit” button. Once the credit card passes security validation, it will be saved in your Listingbook Account for future use.
Will you notify me if any of the credit cards on file have expired? Yes, you will receive email notifications from Listingbook that the credit card on file has expired, plus the information about the expired credit card will be displayed on the Billing Information page next to the appropriate card.
How many credit cards can I store on Listingbook? There is no limit to the number of credit cards that you can store in your Listingbook Account. Each card will go through the security and validation process.
What is the CVV Code? The purpose of the CVV Code is to ensure the data stored on the magnetic stripe of the card is valid and was generated by the issuing bank. This value is submitted as part of transactions and is verified by the issuing bank.
What is the “Use as Primary” option? This option provides you the ability to designate one of your credit cards on file as the “Primary” card to be used for automated charges such as Subscriptions. If you only have one credit card on file, then it will be set as the “Primary” card.
What types of credits cards are allowed on Listingbook? Currently Listingbook supports Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Will automated charges be applied to my credit card on file with Listingbook? Yes, but only when you have purchased a Monthly or Annual Subscription Product that will automatically renew. On purchase of these types of products you will be notified that the purchase will include recurring charges, and you will be required to select an “Authorize” checkbox to complete the Checkout Process.
Can I remove credit cards from Listingbook? Yes, click the “Delete” link displayed below the credit card you wish to remove, this will display a Delete Credit Card confirmation box with a warning if the credit card is tied to recurring charges. Simply click the “Confirm Delete” button to remove the credit card from Listingbook.
Listingbook has been configured to print using the default settings of both your operating system (Microsoft Windows or Apple OS X)and your browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari). If you are experiencing printing issues, please consult your operating system or browser documentation to revert your print settings.
