My Listings : Showings

What is it?




The Showings page is a list of Showings that you have scheduled for a specific property and client within Listingbook.  This page will only have items to display if you have scheduled a Showing.  The Showings page is provided to track all of the Showings that you have scheduled.  You can change the “View” drop down to filter the page by a specific Client that you have scheduled a Showing.  Plus you have the ability to Edit Appointment, which provides the functionality to change any of the information related to the Showing.  The Showings page will display all of your Showings with the ability to change any information or cancel the appointment.  This provides the ability to edit

How do I use it?




Use the Showings page to update and cancel any Showings that you have scheduled within Listingbook.  You can change the “View” drop down to find a specific Showing by Client Folder name.  Plus you have the ability to sort the page with the “Order By” drop down.  This drop down is default set to “Show Date”, but can be changed to “Buyer Name” and “Street”.  This will order the Showings displayed on the page based on the criteria in the “Order By” drop down.

Additionally, you can edit any of the Showings displayed by clicking the “Edit Appointment” link on the header of each Showing Module next to the date.  The edit process will allow you to remove the Showing by simply clicking the “Cancel Showing” button.  Plus you have the ability to edit all the information related to the Showing; Date/Time, Purpose, Agency, and Buyer.  Once you complete the edit process, click the “Confirm Showing” button to save the changes and update the appointment.

Showings Page – List of Showings that you have scheduled for a specific property and client within Listingbook.

Order By Drop Down– This drop down is default set to “Show Date”, but can be changed to “Buyer Name” and “Street”.  This will order the Showings displayed on the page based on the criteria in the “Order By” drop down.

View Drop Down– Allows you to filter the page by a specific Client that you have scheduled a Showing. 

Purpose – Drop down displayed during the “Add To My Showings” process used to describe the purpose for scheduling the Showing Appointment.

Agency – Drop down displayed during the “Add To My Showings” process used to apply the “Agency” that will manage the Showing.

FAQs




Can I schedule an appointment from the Showing page?  No, this page will only have items to display if you have scheduled a Showing.  You will not be able to schedule a Showing from this page, only edit existing Showings.

Can I cancel a Showing?  Yes, the edit process will allow you to remove the Showing by simply clicking the “Cancel Showing” button.  This option is presented when you click the “Edit Appointment” link on the Showing.

Do all Showings have a Client tied to the appointment?  Yes, during the scheduling of a Showing you will be forced to provide a Client that will be invited to the Showing.   This Client may be changed in the future, but you must provide a Client to complete the scheduling of the appointment process.
